Day via ferrata course

The climbing garden offers an introduction to material knowledge, footholds and safety techniques.

On our practice via ferrata, which we have set up in the rock in the climbing garden, we will gain initial confidence with the equipment. Afterwards, we will ascend the Kanzelwand at midday and enter alpine terrain. We will climb the Walser via ferrata to the summit.

When: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday from May 17, 2025 to November 9, 2025
Time: 10:00 a.m. Climbing garden - 500m before the Ifen valley station on the right, parking available
Duration: Approx. 5 hours
Price: Adults €100, children 8-16 years €85 per person
What to bring & fitness level: Ankle-high hiking boots, weather-appropriate clothing, surefootedness and fitness for hikes of 5 to 6 hours, sufficient drinks;
Important information: Ascents and descents up to 600 meters in altitude, walking times between 4 and 6 hours, depending on weather, trail conditions, and group fitness.
Min./Max. Participants: 4–7 people
