Nature conservation on the slopes
Through the winter with respect
Sustainability and nature conservation remain important issues in the snow too. If you stick to the marked pistes and follow the signs, you will not only get to great places. You are helping to preservenature in our mountains. Especially in winter, many animals need peace and quiet – any disturbance robs them of the energy they urgently need to survive. The Oberstdorf-Kleinwalsertal mountain railroads also think along with you: They rely on green electricity, run snow groomers on biofuel and source many products from regional suppliers. With these measures, nature remains present even in winter – and you can ski carefree and protect the environment at the same time.
