Actions for the Day of Geotopes from 01.-21.09.2025
The Breitach Gorge, the deepest rock canyon in Central Europe, is also considered one of the most beautiful geotopes and offers an exciting insight into the interior of the Earth. The Day of Geotopes takes place on Sunday, 21.09.2025, in the Breitach Gorge. However, throughout the entire period, there will be a variety of special events and a dedicated children's program.
Friday, 05.09.2025 from 15:00: "Special Geology" (Duration approx. 1.5 hours)
Friday, 12.09.2025 from 15:00: "On the Trail" (Duration approx. 1.5 hours)
In addition, there will be a special exhibition by the Bavarian State Association for Bird and Nature Conservation on the topic of "Alpine Salamander" throughout the entire period.
