Over the state border and back!
Every Saturday from December 20, 2025, to April 4, 2026
Once around Germany and back. On this tour, we cross the national border on unknown paths. After a short transfer by bus, we start in Unterwestegg. Here, we immerse ourselves in the winter world, listen to the silence, and let ourselves be enchanted by sparkling snow crystals before reaching the ski area at Söllereck. There we find several inviting options for our lunch break. After a substantial rest, we make our way back. There are several options for this path – let yourself be surprised.
Meeting point: 09:15 AM at Walserhaus Hirschegg
Duration: approx. 5 hours
Fitness: Surefootedness, stamina for ascents between 500 and 700 meters and hiking times of up to 6 hours.
Price: € 80.- per person including snowshoes and poles; avalanche transceiver, shovel, probe - if necessary (for rent)
Minimum participants: from 4 persons
Equipment: Sturdy, ankle-high shoes (mountain shoes) or hiking boots, winter clothing, and a backpack with some provisions.
