In winter: Monday is a day of rest. Daily changing Slow Food menu, Saturday Walser farmer buffet. Culinary mountain adventure served in 10 courses. Reservation required. Closed for business: until including December 19, 2025.

In 2024, our organic restaurant was the first restaurant in Austria to be awarded the Green Gault Millau toque. Jeremias, your culinary mountain guide, award-winning chef and qualified sommelier, will discuss your likes and dislikes regarding food and drinks with you during the aperitif. He then takes you on an individually tailored “culinary mountain adventure”.
