Our Hoflaada in Mittelberg specializes in the sale of fresh, regional agricultural products.
In addition to our cheese and dairy specialties, we also regularly offer fresh sausages in our Hoflaada. We also offer honey, jams, syrups, eggs, and various liqueurs.

Our Hoflaada is located in an approximately 200-year-old Walser stable and has been renovated with great attention to detail. In addition to the sales area, a small cold storage room was created in the basement to keep the food in stock fresh.
By marketing our products directly, we are able to offer the end consumer quality and freshness while maintaining sustainable added value and an ecological footprint at the highest level.
