The Great Nature Explorer Adventure in the Gemsteltal

The Great Nature Explorer Adventure represents a series of thematic trails for families with children from six years. The first experiential hike focusing on wild animals can be explored here in summer by young and old nature explorers. Playfully and interactively, the Nature Explorer Adventure imparts knowledge about nature in the spirit of experiencing nature consciously.

The centerpiece of the experiential hike is the explorer's book with many tricky tasks. It accompanies families on their journey through the Gemsteltal. Info columns have been installed along the way for solving the research tasks. Here, helpful tips are available, and above all, exciting information about the local wildlife can be learned. The Nature Explorer Adventure is complemented by an audio play, which tells the entertaining story of Burmi, Burmina, and their animal neighbors in the Gemsteltal in addition to the book and the info columns. To use the audio play, one installs the Locandy app on a smartphone, which also continuously shows the way to the next research station.
