Wednesday Rest Day (not on December 24 | December 31 | January 7 | February 18, 2026). Austrian cuisine with Italian influence. Closure: from October 19, 2025 to including December 17, 2025.
Our family roots also shape our cuisine.
The Italian grandfather Franco married the Austrian Fränzi. That was the birth of today's cuisine. A mix of Austrian and Italian cuisine awaits you at Tradizio. We attach great importance to high-quality food, most of which comes from the region.
There are eggs from Sennhof (Rankweil), mountain cheese from the dairy in Hittisau, trout from Heimertingen... For a sweet finish, we recommend our homemade Italian ice cream based on the recipe from our Sicilian grandpa Franco.
