Winter circular hike through the Breitachklamm
Tour description
The unique natural monument between Oberstdorf/Allgäu and the Kleinwalsertal is the deepest rock gorge in Central Europe. It is one of the most impressive geotopes in Bavaria and also one of the most popular attractions in the region. A winter hike at the Breitach turns into a magical walk through ice and snow. While in summer the water thunders through the Breitachklamm, in winter it transforms into a bizarre winter world of icicles, massive ice curtains, and frozen waterfalls.
